If my understanding is correct, NGP being a DLC uses an entirely different set of files that scales everything in game up. This code does not seem to work in normal game. HOWEVER in NGP additem('NGP Bear Armor 3') Gives you Mastercrafted Ursuin Armor in a normal game, and Mastercrafted Legendary Ursuin Armor in NGP. Items however that are present in original game, use the same item code in NGP plus carry legendary mod for NGP. I noticed that some items from DLC are available in a regular game with a "NGP" prefix in item code. You can buy maps for the scavenger hunt from the merchant in Lindenvale, the armorer at Kaer Trolde, the blacksmith at Kaer Muire, the armorer on Hierarch Square in Novigrad or Hattori. The Witcher 3 latest DLC is a new quest to get Wolf School Gear. If you still haven’t downloaded these DLCs, you can either get them on PC through GOG Galaxy client, or if you have Steam, you can download them through Steam Store. Both of these are now available on PC and should be released soon for PS4 and Xbox One. The Witcher 3 latest set of DLCs include a Scavenger Hunt for Wolf School Gear and Alternative Look for Triss.
